Ida Jolić is a dance artist who works as a performer, dance pedagogue and choreographer. She completed dance education at the Tanzfabrik in Berlin and a teaching course at the contemporary dance department at the Academy of Dramatic Art in Zagreb. She attended workshops at the international dance festivals Impulstanz in Vienna and Vibra in Ljubljana. As a performer, she collaborated with choreographers such as Massimiliano Volpini, Molly Fletcher Lynch, Martin Sonderkamp, Robert Clark, Matjaž Farič, Emilio Gutierrez, Jelena Remetin, Aleksandra Madsen, Rajko Pavlić, Zrinka Lukčec Kiko and Jasna Čižmek Tarbuk.
From 2019-2022 she choreographed and performed the dance trilogy Transformers with co-author Marin Lemić. She won the award for the best individual performance and the best choreography with Marin Lemić for Transformers in 2019. Together with Marin Lemić, she founded the artistic organization ON/A, which produces and distributes performances, dance events and dance workshops. In 2023, she independently choreographs performance called REM. As an assistant for stage movement in the drama theater, she worked on the plays Joj, Hrvati (Luda Kuća), Grane smo na vjetru (GK Zorin Dom) and Soba in collaboration with the Mašina igre Theater.
She works as a dance pedagogue with all ages in the field of contemporary dance and holds workshops around Croatia. He regularly holds dance courses at the Zagreb Dance Center. Since 2018, he has been working as a guest lecturer at the dance department at the Academy of Dramatic Arts.
She is one of the organizers of the dance event IslanDance, which focuses on contemporary dance and performance art on the islands of the Zadar archipelago.
She is a member of the Croatian Freelance Artists Association and the Croatian Dancers Association.
Since 2019, she has been a member of the Studio for Contemporary Dance ensemble.
